Backbone Connectivity
Our connections to multiple backbone providers, and peering with many
carriers on a regional and international basis, allows us to easily reach
remote networks even in the case where a specific backbone connection
is down. This allows the data center to make routing decisions to ensure
connectivity.
24/7 monitoring
The ACSite.NET servers are monitored by several outside the network services
as well as our multi-tiered support system. Traffic is continually monitored
and routed with the proper bandwidth allocations.
Uptime Guarantee
ACSite.NET guarantee that your web site will be available to web traffic
at least 99.8% of any given month. Therefore if the HTTP service availability
of your site is less than 99.8%, ACSite.NET will issue a credit to you
in accordance with the following schedule, with the credit being calculated
on the basis of the service charge for the affected services:

Schedule maintenance is excluded by 99.8% but covered by a 99% uptime
guarantee. For the purposes of this guarantee, "Down" means
the server is malfunctioning and not responding properly to HTTP requests.
This does not include:
- Dedicated servers. These servers' quality of service guarantees are
included in the individual contracts.
- Service outages due to failure of non-ACSite.NET operated equipment,
including Internet failure or congestion and non-ACSite.NET backbone
failures.
- Factors outside our control, such as heavy Internet congestion or
networking failures outside our building, or problems caused by outside
agents.
- Hardware failure (faulty hardware is rare, but cannot be predicted
nor avoided).
- Network floods, hacks, attacks from outside parties or individuals.
- DNS issues not within the direct control of ACSite.NET.
- Problems caused by the customer's mistakes or oversights, such as
failing to pay for domain name registration or renewal fees.
- Problems caused by the failure or malfunction of the Microsoft FrontPage
Server Extensions.
- Failures caused by custom configurations.
- Failures of customer-developed CGI scripts or other programming/setup
not performed by ACSite.NET.
- Sites that are disabled or removed for non-payment, violations of
systems policies, or other reasons.
To be eligible for this SLA, your account must be in good standing and
you will need to request a uptime report within 5 days of downtime. After
your report is confirmed, credits will be applied within two billing cycles
after ACSite.NET's receipt of customer's credit request.
30 Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee
All web hosting packages include a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee.
If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive
a full refund of 100% of your money (excluding set up fees) if you cancel
your account within 30 days of the activation.
No refunds are available after 30 days. Any request for cancellation
must be received via our online support ticket system. You will receive
verification upon the cancellation of your account. Cancellations over
the telephone and informal email are not accepted.
Refunds will not be given after the first 30 days of your account activation.
Setup and Domain Name Registration fees are not refundable. All violators
of ACSite.NET policy are excluded by the refund guarantee.
Domain Ownership
You are the registered legal owner of the domains you buy - not us.
This means that you have ultimate control over your domain names and the
domain names are yours to use as you wish.
No advertising
ACSite.NET will never put advertisementss or pop-up windows on your
websites. Some competitors, though we will not mention who they are, place
unsightly advertisements for their company all over your website. However
if you have received a free plan from us we do ask that you place a text
hyperlink in your site.
