| At this time we do not offer phone support due to the fact that we have representatives all across the country and world. And also it is neither cost effective, or an efficient means of answering requests or queries. We can easily handle a few queries at one time via email and helpdesk, but on phone, one support staff can only handle one person. So we don't do it. If you need to contact our staff urgently, please use the method provided at your welcome letter. |
