| The reason that your FTP password does not work initially after you change it and your control panel will still work is because the server must resynchronize all FTP passwords with the Control Panel and Email passwords. This can take up to 1 hour. During this time, do not try to change your password again as it can cause problems with the system not recognizing the correct password. Also, during this time, your old password will still be working. |
